I’ve always felt that there is a very good chance Alien life is already here on Earth just in nano-sized entities. It makes perfect sense for several reasons, the main one being to travel such long distances at such high rates of speed (preferably the speed of light) the smaller you are the better your chances at reaching the speed of light. Civilizations that are advanced to the point where they can travel from galaxy to galaxy most likely are robotic/unlike any thing we could think of. Arthur C. Clarke said at one point that Alien life has probably already visited Earth leaving some type of marker/communication device to notify them when we’ve reached a certain point of evolution. Why not leave trillions of nano-scale/invisible “reporters” to constantly watch our progress?
“Ever get that feeling that you’ve stumbled upon a secret? Secrets, they keep thingss interesting. Because our secrets are the invisible burden we carry, some are worth keeping. While others, just need to be told. The trick is knowing the difference.”—
